Q: What health insurances do you accept?
A: We are in-network with Capital District Physician’s Health Plan (CDPHP) insurance. (Currently we are not taking new CDPHP Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, or Medicaid).
Q: What if you are not in-network with my health insurance?
A: Because we are not in network with all insurances though would still love to offer care for anyone that seeks it, we accept private pay (rates $325 for your initial appointment & $170 for follow-ups). We provide Super bills which can be submitted to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement – please contact your insurance to see what reimbursement you may qualify for. Your insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed by Iadeluca NP Psychiatry.
Q: How often will I be seen?
A: Providing quality care is a top priority for us. We typically schedule appointments for individuals every 4 to 6 weeks to ensure consistent progress. Once you are doing well and your treatment is stable, we can extend visits to every 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: What age groups does Iadeluca NP Psychiatry PLLC treat?
A: Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner focuses treatment on adolescence through adulthood.
Q: Are telehealth services available?
A: Yes, our practice offers telehealth services for initial and follow-up appointments. If you were seen virtually for an initial appointment, you will likely be asked by your provider to be seen in person for your next appointment at our office location in order to provide the best care possible.
Q: How do I make an appointment?

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Checks, cash and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Once your card is on file, payments will be easily fulfilled at time of service.
Q: Where is your office located?
A: Our office is conveniently located at 7 Corporate Drive, Clifton Park, NY 12065. *Please Note: our office is shared with “With Grace Mental Health Counseling PLLC.”
Q: What forms are required to be completed prior to my initial consultation?
A: Once your initial appointment is accepted, you will be invited to create your client portal. Forms will be sent electronically for you to complete prior to your initial assessment. This is to provide the most thorough care possible.
